If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your check-in date.

Yes, we have wheelchair accessible accommodations and our main facilities are also wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you have any specific accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes — we welcome both solo travelers and group retreats. Couples and teams can request private bookings.
